Niseikai is the driving force for the students and at the same time facilitating them to fulfill the competencies they need, both in hard skills and soft skills. This is related to the educational process in higher education, where students are not only required to master academic knowledge, but also to have competence in the field of soft skills. Therefore, a forum is needed to accommodate student\u2019s needs and aspirations in the form of student organizations.
