Graduates of the Literary and Cultural Studies study program are capable of acting as professionals, researchers, community leaders, managers, and lifelong learners.
- Educators: graduates who are able to provide quality educational services related to literature and culture to individuals and the community in the form of mentoring, teaching, empowerment, and other services.
- Researchers: graduates who are able to design and carry out interdisciplinary research related to literature and culture and are able to conduct academic analysis and submit scientific opinions
- Managers: graduates who are able to manage resources and work together in teams and have leadership traits such as empathy, communication, making decisions, and managing community groups effectively in the field of literature and culture
- Innovators: graduates are innovators who can offer solutions to solve problems in the field of literature and culture based on recognized academic standards.
